Kelly Costa Gravitt is an award winning leader in the spa industry.

With over 20 years of management experience including direction of day, resort, club and medical spas, Kelly has not only expertise to assist your spa business, but also the enthusiastic spark to generate the ideas that will set your spa business apart from the others.

Kelly has extensive experience in spa operations. She has been director and general manager for several Southern California spas. Kelly Costa Gravitt has been featured on the Today Show, CNN, KGTV/ABC (where she was the recipient of the Leadership Award in 2002 and 2005), and in the periodicals Day Spa Magazine, Skin Inc., Plastic Surgery Magazine, the London Times, and Dermatology.

A dedicated leader, Kelly has led education committees for the International Spa and Fitness Association (ISPA), and assisted in the creation of Supervisory Skills and Leadership books for ISPA. She is a frequent speaker at national medical and spa conferences.

Kelly has developed programs for breast, prostate cancers and melanoma patient support within the medical spa industry. Her inspiration and drive were responsible for Breast Cancer Nights and Melanoma Nights made available at several spas across the country.

Judy Frosburg brings a unique ability to our organization in that she has extensive experience in the area of human resources and relations having worked in that capacity as an agent for the federal government for 30 years. She has a strong background in public relations and client service.

Judy also brings a wealth of business experience as a result of her partnership in a large chain of Salon and Day Spas in the Southern California area.As one who was intimately involved in the start up and operation of a large resort spa, as well as pre-opening, planning, design, development and operations which encompassed fiscal overview, employment matters, compensation schedules and public relations. She has experience in business process integration, which includes determining workflow, core business functions, and rules to optimize performance and determining quality measures.

As a former spa owner, Judy has strong energy and great enthusiasm to provide our clients with the highest standard of service. As a member of our team she is able to provide our clients with the skills needed to assist in accomplishing the goals of the clients business.

Michelle Gerety~ Intern

Currently attending at San Diego State University, Michelle is an award winning athlete, trained by a world class athletes including Olympic Gold Medalist Lisa Fernandez & Olympic Gold Medalist Dot Richardson. Michelle is on the SDSU snowboard team, and studies nutrition, and sports medicine.
